This is WHAT we should take from this LESSON…
God’s spiritual inheritance [the laws of God] must be passed down to the next generation…
God will extend His covenant to anyone who seeks relationship with Him [i.e. Rahab in Jericho & Ruth]…
God demands obedience to HIS WORD in our covenant with him…
God requires his covenant people to walk by faith and not by sight [2nd Corinthians 5:7 KJV & AMP]…

This is what we should apply to our life from this lesson:
I will see God’s mercy for my life…
I will respond to God’s covenant with a commitment to obey…
I will follow God’s battle plan, which may defy or go against human logic and reason [1st Corinthians 1:27]…
- I will not add or subtract from God’s plan for my life [Deuteronomy 4:2 & Revelation 22:18-19]
- I will humble myself when facing the consequences of my disobedience [if I decide to disregard God’s plan]
