FOCUS VERSES: Acts 4:18-20 [KJV & AMP]

1st Corinthians 4:8-10 [KJV]

2nd Timothy 2:9 [NLT]

******************************************************************

The meaning of our title:

The Church is Marching on means that the body of Christ will continue to move forward,

carrying out God's will, preaching the Gospel, praying and fasting, standing on His

Word, and growing in faith despite opposition, persecution, and challenges.

In God’s Church we have a purpose, we’re all going in the same DIRECTION, we

have one motive, we are determined to move forward and fulfill the mission that

was given by the Lord Jesus Christ through his apostles…

Despite of what people say, Despite of society, Despite of soothsayers, Despite

of the spirit of the Antichrist, Despite of persecution, Despite of the church not

being popular…

******************************************************************

This is WHAT we should take from our LESSON…

God established His church to come together and reveal Him to the world…

Prayer & fasting is essential for the Church to continue moving forward...

The Church must continue moving forward despite opposition and persecution...

The Church must remain faithful to its mission regardless of the challenges it faces;

including teaching and continuing in the doctrine of Jesus Christ, reaching souls

with the Gospel, assembling together and fellowshipping with the family of God,

and growing together in faith, unity, and love.

This is what we should apply to our life from this lesson:

I will operate in the first-century church’s power [which is the Holy Ghost] in my day…

I will testify to others about the things I hear and see God do…

I will do my part to keep the Church united and moving forward; by Witnessing,

teaching others, being an example and being a light, walking in the fruit of the

Spirit, and putting the needs of others before mines...

I will be an active participant in the work of the Church, not just a spectator...
